fpbrinkbannerThe latest news from Splash Damage is sure to get people excited. With the release date of Brink being pushed back so many times its nice to hear that they can now say they are on track to release the game earlier than previously thought, the game is now set to be released on May 10 in the US, and May 13 in Europe and Australia.

"Production wrapped on Brink earlier than we planned and we didn’t see any reason to keep gamers from getting their hands on this highly anticipated game as soon as it was ready," said Pete Hines, VP of PR and Marketing for Bethesda Softworks."It's apparent from the tremendous reaction so far that people are eager to jump online and play, and if we can make that happen earlier – we're going to."

Keep the good news coming!

Our friends over at Drift Apex have done it again by releasing another great article about the recent Battlefield 3 bearings saying that "DICE will have you drooling over the game with the release of their new trailer."

Battlefield 3

As if the anticipation of waiting for Battlefield 3 wasn't hard enough to handle, DICE decided to release episode 3 of their Fault Line series titled Get That Wire Cut. Just like the last two episodes, this episode revealed enough to get mouths watering again. With so many things to get excited about in just 2 minutes and 34 seconds, it's hard to take it all in.

Absolutely everywhere you look in the trailer there are stunning visuals. It's clear that DICE took their sweet time with this one. The textures are crisp, the animations are flawless, and the ambient noises are enough to immerse anyone into the action. Frostbite 2, the newest version of Bad Company 2's destruction engine, shows off some more of it's feisty side. Bullets now seem to realistically chip away at anything in the environment, including any enemy unfortunate enough to catch one. Oh, and DICE promises a full 12 minute reveal on April 17th.

DICE has really stepped up to the plate since Battlefield 2. The single player experience promises to be one to remember. Throw in the visual experience and the Frostbite 2 engine, and there will undoubtedly be thousands calling in sick for work.

With the recent flurry of anecdotal information regarding the battlefield series successor. Many games may have been pushed out of the limelight before they even had a chance to shine.

Follow our squad of U.S. Marines as they move to the rooftops to eliminate an enemy sniper in an abandoned hotel. This in-game footage from Battlefield 3 shows off the ANT animation technology from EA Tech in all its glory, with a climactic ending that speaks volumes of how the Frostbite 2 engine handles destruction.

Well THQ and relic games have posted that they will be scrapping a few of the p4f games this year.

One of them is Company of heroes online(COHO).

Just been reading up on it and the question that was asked by the thousands of COHO beta testers (including myself) was "Why".
