- From 40 minutes to 20 minutes before the event starting all players get on VoIP, the Server, and on the correct team on the password protected Unranked Server
- 20 minutes prior roll-call in the =SWF= TeamSpeak lobby
- 10 minutes prior move to BF2 team channels in TeamSpeak conduct Commo check: Squad Leaders with squad members and then Administrator (sfscriv) with Squad Leaders
- Squad Leaders brief their personnel on the task organization, spawn points, the plan.
- 5 minute warning
- At 2000 hrs GMT, the New/Old World Clash commences
The duration for each of the two rounds will be 24 minutes with a 6 minute break in between.
This is the template on how to use the prescribed time (6 minutes) in between rounds.
