As you can see the game engine itself is looking amazing, really fantastic engine is working in the background there - really wiping the floor with anything left 4 dead has produced. The game is FULLY co-operative, with each player able to replace an AI partner and vice versa.

The gameplay itself seems from the video to be quite interesting, with the 'quest' system and ability leveling bringing an almost RPG aspect to the game - which should assist in adding longetivity to the game. Still though the game is about hacking and slashing hundereds and thousands of zomebies to little peices, so what could possibly go wrong with this release? Loads of people play games like Left 4 Dead in evenings to chill and relax, and Dead Island looks set to replace it as the zombie game to play.
